How we work

Four stages, from first visit to a signed-off handover.

A remodel or repair is a big thing to trust someone with. Here’s exactly how a project runs with Renovations "R" Us — who does what at each stage, and what you get back — so there are no unknowns before you pick up the phone.

01

Call & free estimate

Tell Joseph what you need done. He comes out, looks at the job properly, and gives you a free estimate — plus honest advice on what the project actually needs. No charge for the visit, no pressure to book.

What you get at this stage

A no-charge visit, honest and practical advice, and a clear read on what the project actually needs before you spend a dollar.

02

A clear plan & price

You get a straight scope and a price up front — what we'll do, roughly how long it takes, and what it costs. If a job touches several things at once — say a remodel and a repair — we plan it as one visit where we can.

What you get at this stage

A straight scope and a written price up front — what we’ll do, roughly how long it takes, and what it costs, with no surprises.

03

The work — clean and on time

Joseph and the crew carry out the work, showing up when we say we will and keeping the site tidy. Reviewers describe us as “professional, on time and priced right” across several projects in the same home.

What you get at this stage

A clean, tidy job site, work carried out when we say we will, and one point of contact for the whole punch list.

04

Walk-through & the next job

We walk the finished work with you and make sure it's right before we leave. Plenty of customers book us straight back for the next thing on the list — which is exactly how we like it.

What you get at this stage

A walk-through of the finished work to make sure it’s right, the site cleaned up, and an open door to book us back for the next job.

A room mid-build, stripped back and prepared before the finishing trades

The stage most people never see — the groundwork and prep that decide the finish
